Deposits and bookings
Bikes: To record a booking 1 day minimum is required as well as a minimum deposit of 50% of the quoted price with a minimum of €10.
Boats: Set deposit of €30 and adminstrative charges to record your booking.
Payments shall be in Euros, by cheque from a French bank or by Credit Card by giving us your credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram and authorizing us to debit the agreed sum (giving us your card details by phone, + debit authorization by e-mail). In return we will send you a receipt and a booking confirmation.
Deposits and cancellation
In the event of cancellation 48 hours prior to the start of the stay, the deposit will be retained.
Invoicing and payment
At the end of the stay or on the invoicing week for stays of over 7 days.
CAUTION
For the booking of several articles, the rules herein are applicable per article.
SPECIAL CLAUSES APPLICABLE TO HIRED ITEMS
SECURITY DEPOSITS
Boats: €200, Yamaha 29: €2,300, Flyer: €1,500
The purpose of these is to cover cleaning, damage or losses not covered by our insurance.
INSURANCE
Bikes are covered by your civil liability policy. Boats: damage insurance
included in the excess of €1700 for the Yamaha 29 and €1540 for the Flyer.
Optional repurchase of the excess in the event of being accompanied or
skippered. Please ask us for information.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Flyer 500: Coastal navigation licence required and good experience of sailing
of which the hirer will be the judge. Obligatory accompaniment of at least
one hour for boat handover.
Yamaha 29: Yachtmaster's certificate and good sailing experience of
which the hirer will be judge. Obligatory handover for the first time
hiring. Accompaniment possible depending on availability, otherwise
skipper a must, tariffs on request.
