Deposits and cancellation
In the event of your cancellation, whatever the reason might be,
more than 30 days prior to the arrival date you shall be given a full refund - charge of €25

more than 10 :--------------------------------------------------------------------. - 50% *
under 10 : NO REFUND

Late arrival
Whatever the reason for a late arrival, the minimum deposit for an overnight stay shall be invoiced and deducted systematically. The booking shall rightfully be cancelled from 10 am the morning following the first night booked, if a new deposit has not been paid to prolong the booking.
Shortened stay
Whatever the reason for the departure, the FULL SUM of the rental booked shall be invoiced, unless the room is rented out again without any loss to the hotel.
Invoicing and payment
An invoice is issued on site at the end of the stay. For stays of over seven days, a weekly invoice must be paid by the customer and the balance paid on leaving.
CAUTION
When booking several rooms the above rules are applicable for each room.
DEPOSITS AND BOOKING
To book we ask you to inform us of your choice by phone, followed by written confirmation with a deposit enclosed, representing the minimum sum for the first night, or 20% of the price of the stay rounded down to the nearest 10 € figure for stays of over 5 nights.
Payments shall be in Euros, by cheque from a French bank or by Credit Card by giving us your credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram and authorizing us to debit the agreed sum (giving us your card details by phone, debit authorization by email or online booking on our site). In return we will send you a receipt and a booking confirmation.
